Q. Can a member of the community who is not an ECSU student get access to log onto the 'on-line library to look at information?

Yes, if you are not a student you may access the library website and the catalog.  You must be a student to access the ECSU databases of journal articles, etc... If you would like to use NCLive (where you can access many of the databases we have on our Online Resources page) you can get the password from the public library where you are a member.
